RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRESTORS OF THE SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE SEC-
RETARY TO ACCEPT AND CONSENT TO DEEDS, GRANTS OR
CONVEYANGES OF ANY INTEREST IN OR EASEMEMENT UPON
REAL PROPERTY OR REAL ESTATE TO T HE SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
Pursuant to Section 27281 of the Government Code, it
IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
That the Secretary be, and he is hereby, authorized
to accept and consent to deeds, grants or conveyances of any
interest in or easement upon real property or real estate to
the San Marcos County Water District.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the Secretary bc instructed, and he is hereby
ordered, to record a copy of this Resolution pursuant to
Section 27281 of the Government Code of the State of
California.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Board of Directors
of San Marcos County Water District on the 3rd day of
January, 1961
