RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING SECRETARY-AUDITOR TO
NEGOTIATE A LOAN WITH THE FIRST-
NATIONAL BANK OF VISTA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the San
Marcos County Water District as follows:
WHEREAS, San Marcos County Water District has
established a loan with the First-National Bank of Vista
in amount $16,000.00, and
WHEREAS, said loan is now due and payable, and
WHEREAS, San Marcos County Water District expects
receipt of monies to retire said loan within 30 days.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Secretary-
Auditor of the District be and hereby is authorized and
directed to negotiate with the First-National Bank of
Vista for an extension of 30 days time on said $16,000.00
note.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 23rd day of
December, 1960.
