RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTYW WATER DISTRICT
AWARDING CONTRACT TO THE LOWEST BIDDER
ON SCHEDULE 1 FOR IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 5 SEWER SYSTEM
Whereas, on the 15th day of October, 1960, the Board of Directors of
San Marcos County Water District publicly opened and received bids for con-
struction of sewer system for Improvement District No. 5 according to plans and
specifications approved by by the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County
Water District.
Whereas, it appears the N. P. Van Valkenburgh Co., 1627 North Chico
Avenue, El Monte, California, is the low bidder, and upon recommendation of the
District Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved that the bid of N.P. Van Valkenburgh
Co. on Schedule 1 for Improvement District No. 5 be accepted and the President
and Secretary be authorized to execute on behalf of the District contract docu-
ments as provided in the plans and specifications approved by the Board of Directors
.
Passd, Adopted and approved by the Board of Directors of San Marcos
County Water District on this 15th day of November, 1960.
