RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD 0F DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
ADOPTED AT REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD
ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 1960, AT 7:30 P.M.
A RESOLUTION TO INCLUDE PORTIONS 0F BLOCK
110 AND BLOCK 111 IN SAN MARCOS
WATER DISTRICT IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1
AND NO. 2
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of October, 1960~ a petition
was presented by a group of land owners in Block 110 and Block
111, Rancho Los Vallecitos de San Marcos, in San Marcos County
Water District Improvement Districts No. 1 and No. 2 of the here-
inafter described lands, and
Whereas, notice of said petition and hearing thereon was
duly given by the Secretary of said District, and
Whereas, a hearing was held November 7, 1960 pursuant
to said notice and pursuant to Division 12, Part 2, Article II
of the Water Code of the State of California, and
Whereas, at said hearing evidence was presented to the
Board and the Board being fully advised in the premises.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos
County Water District HEREBY RESOLVES, DETERMINES AND ORDERS:
That said land shall be included in the San Marcos County
Water District Improvement District No. 1 and Improvement District
No. 2.
The description of the land subject to the foregoing inclusion
is described as follows:
All of Block 111 and all of Block 110 exceptiong therefrom
the most Westerly 1/2 of Lot 1 in said Block 110, Rancho
Los Vallecitos de San Marcos accending to Map thereof No.
806, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County.
