RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT,
SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING OFFICIAL STATEMENT.
The Board of Directors of San Marcos County Water
District, San Diego County, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. The Official Statement to be sent
to prospective bidders for the $600,000 bonds of said
district, designated "SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
FOR IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 5, SEWER BONDS 1960"
having been presented to this Board, is hereby approved,
substantelly as presented.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 17th day of
October, 1960
