RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
0F SAN MARC0S COUNTY WATER DISTRICT TO
AUTHORIZE A SHORT TERM LOAN WITH THE
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF VISTA, VISTA,
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, this District has contracted with Boyle
Engineering for preparation of construction plans and
specifications in Improvement District No. 5 and
WHEREAS, Boyle Engineering has fulfilled its por-
tion of the contract and
WHEREAS, payment for such work is a part of the
authorized bond construction and
WHEREAS, bond sale date has been postponed approx-
imately 30 days and
WHEREAS, in accordance with its Code this District
may negotiate short term loans in excess of this amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Auditor, W.
Dennis Wood, be and hereby is authorized and directed to
negotiate a 90-day loan with First National Bank of Vista,
Vista, California in amount of $28,500.
