RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AUTHORIZING
THE DISTRICT TO BECOME A USING AGENT UNDER
A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO
AND STANDARD OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of San Marcos County
Water District, as follows:
Section 1: That San Marcos County Water District be included
as a using agent under the existing contract between the County of
San Diego and Standard Oil Company of California for the purcahse
of petroleum and other products.
Section 2: The President of San Marcos Water District is
authorized to execute a contract or agreement to allow San Marcos
County Water District to become a using agent under such contract.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 18th day of January, 1965,
by the following vote:
AYES: Blanchard, Trussell, Smith, Paul, Mahr

Water District, as follows:
Section 1: that San Natcos County Water Diettier be included
as a using agent under the existing contract between the County of
San Diego and Standard Oil Company of California ~or the purcahse
of petroleum and other products.
Section 2: The President of San Marcos Water District is
authozised to execute a contract or agreement to allow San Marcos
County Water District to become a using agent under such contract.
