RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AWARDING
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE SEWAGE TREATMENT
PLANT EXPANSION, IMPROVEMENT DI STRICT NO. 1
WHEREAS, pursuant to Public Notice, bids were received on "Sewage
Treatment Plant Expansion, Improvement District No. 1", and
WHEREAS, said bids were publicly opened on October 19, 1964 at a
regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County
Water District:
Section 1. That the contract for the construction of "Sewage
Treatment Plant Expansion, Improvement District No. 1" is hereby
awarded to Taylor and Hoover, Inc.
Section 2. That said contract is in the amount $82,884.00.
Section 3. That all other bids and/or proposals received pursuant
to said Public Notice are hereby rejected.
Section 4. That the President and Secretary of the Board of Di-
rectors are hereby authorized and directed to execute the contract
documents on "Sewage Treatment Plant Expansion, Improvement District
No. 1" between San Marcos County Water District and Taylor and Hoover,
Inc.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of November, 1964.
