RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT APPROVING
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ENLARGEMENT
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT SEWAGE
TREATMENT PLANT: SAID PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
HAVE BEEN PREPARED BY BOYLE ENGINEERING AND ARE
ENTITLED
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County
Water District as follows:
Section 1. The Plans and Specifications entitled "Sewage Treatment
Plant Expansion, Improvement District No. 1" preparedby Boyle Engineering
are hereby approved.
Section 2. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to publish
Notice Inviting Bids for the construction of said work according to and
in strict compliance with the approved plans and specifications. Said
notice shall provide that bids will be received prior to October 19, 1964
at 7:30 p.m. Daylight Savings Time and will be publicly opened and read
at this time.
Section 3. The Board of Directors determines that the prevailing rate
of per diem wages for the work to be performed, to be as detailed in the
Plans and 8pecifications as approved and a copy of which shall remain on
file in the office of the District Secretary.
Section 4. Pursuant to the plans and specifications approved herein,
George Herder is hereby designated as the representative of the San Marcos
County Water District.

following polled vote:
