RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AUTHORIZING EXECU-
TION OF THAT CEEAIN OFFER OF THE UNITED STATES
OF AMERICA THROUGH THE HOUSING AND HOME FINANCE
AGENCY FOR AN AMOUNT OF MONIES NOT TO EXCEED
$50,000 FOR AID IN FINANCING PRELIMINARY EXPEN-
DITURES PERTINENT TO PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF
INTERCEPTOR OUTFALL SEWER, WITH RELATED APPUR-
T ENANC E S.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County
Water District:
Section I. The President of the Board of Directors of the
San Marcos County Water District be authorized and directed to execute
on behalf of the San Marcos County Water District.. that certain offer
dated April 20, 1964, of the United States of America through the
Housing and Home Finance Agency entitled agreement for Public Works
Plan Preperationx and
Section II. The Secretary be authorized and directed to
return the original agreement to the San Francisco, California, office
of the Housing and Home Finance Agency. together with a certified copy
of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 1964.
