RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AWARDING
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT ON THE "BENT AVENUE
SEWER MAIN EXTENSION" IN THE AMOUNT $13,780.60
WHEREAS, pursuant to Public Notice, bids were received on "Bent
Avenue Sewer Main Extension" and
WHEREAS, said bids were publicly opened on May 18, 1964 at a regular
meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County Water District
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County
Water District DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That the contract for the construction of "Bent Avenue
Sewer Main Extension" is hereby awarded to Cavar, Inc.
Section 2. That said contract is in the amount $13,780.60.
Section 3. That all other bids and/or proposals received pursuant
to said Public Notice are hereby rejected.
Section 4. That the President and Secretary of the Board of Directors
are hereby authorized and directed to execute the contract documents on
"Bent Avenue Sewer Main Extension" between San Marcos County Water
District and Cavar, Inc.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 1st day of June, 1964.
