RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT NAMING DISTRICT OF-
FICERS AND DESIGNATING THOSE DIRECTORS AND OFFI-
CERS WHO SHALL EXECUTE CHECKS AND SAFETY DEPOSIT
BOX ON BEHALF OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DIS-
TRICT
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to appoint General Manager, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed desireable that the Secretary and Auditor be
the same person;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Donald F. Rogers be and hereby
appointed General Manager and Assistant Auditor of the San Marcos County
Water District and Jeanne M. Gist be and hereby is appointed Secretary and
Auditor of the San Marcos County Water District, effective the 1st day of
June 1964, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Auditor or Assistant Auditor is
authorized and directed to sign for the District in transactions on the pay-
roll account with the Security First National Bank, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Auditor or Assistant Auditor is
authorized and directed to sign for the District together with any two mem-
hers of the Board of Directors as named in Resolution No. 195 on the general
checking account with the Security First National Bank, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager is authorized and directed
to sign for the safety deposit box with the Bank of America, Escondido Branch,
on behalf of this District, and said banks are hereby authorized to honor and
pay any and all transactions so signed, including those drawn to the individ-
ual order of any officer or other person authorized to sign the same.
