RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
SUPPORTING THE NOMINATION OF JO MacKENZIE TO THE
CALIFORNIA SPECIAL DISTRICTS ASSOCIATION
BOARD OF DIRECTORS, REGION 6, SEAT A
WHEREAS, this District is a Member District of the California Special
Districts Association (CSDA); and
WHEREAS, another CSDA Member District, the Vista Irrigation District,
has requested that this District support the nomination of its member of the
CSDA Board of Directors, Region 6.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Vallecitos Water District, to the CSDA Board of Directors, Region 6.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the District Secretary is hereby directed
to transmit a copy of this Resolution to CSDA, Attn: Paul Spitale, at 1112 I
Street, Sacramento, CA 95814, forthwith.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the following roll call vote of the Board of
Directors for the Vallecitos Water District this 21st day of June, 2006.
