RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT TO
SUPERCEDE RESOLUTION NO. 195 PROVIDING
AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES FOR WITHDRAWALS
OF DISTRICT BANK DEPOSITS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 195 designated members of the Board
to co-sign checks of the District for withdrawal of funds of the
District deposited in accounts with the San Marcos Security First
National Bank, and/or the Escondido Bank of America, and
WHEREAS, change of membership on the Board of Directors
necessitates change of authorized signatures;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Oby Blanchard, President
and/or Stanley A. Mahr, Vice-President and/or Amos D. Trussell
and/or Frood P. Smith and/or Norman S. Paul, Directors of San
Marcos County Water District be and they are authorized, any two
directors acting together with Auditor or Assistant Auditor to
withdraw funds of San Marcos County Water District from estab-
lished accounts upon checks of this Water District, or upon with-
drawal orders furnished by said banks, signed as provided herein
with signatures duly certified to said banks by the Secretary of
this District, and said banks are hereby authorized to honor and
pay any and all checks or withdrawal orders so signed, including
those drawn to the individual order of any officer or other person
authorized to sign the same.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND SIGNED this First day of April 1963.
