RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
GRANTING QUIT CLAIM
WHEREAS, the San Marcos County Water District has been requested
for quit claim for that easement of right-of-way now abandoned in the
Lake San Marcos development, and
WHEREAS, said District will no longer benefit by recorded claims
on easement, known as Document No. 52148, as recorded with the Recorder
of the County of San Diego, State of California.
NOW, THEREOFRE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of Directors of the San
Marcos County Water District, does hereby authorize the necessary offi-
cials to execute quit claim for that easement of right-of-way recorded
as Document No. 52 148.
