RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT TO
SUPERCEDE RESOLUT ION NO. 18 2
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 182 designated members of the Board
to co-sign checks of the District for withdrawal of funds of the
District deposited in account with the San Marcos Security First
National Bank, and
WHEREAS, change of membership on the Board of Directors
necessitates change of authorized signatures;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Amos D. Trussell, President
and/or Oby Blanchard, Vice-President and/or Stanley A. Mahr and/or
Frood P. Smith and/or John C. Wells, Directors of San Marcos County
Water District be and they are authorized, any two directors acting
together with Auditor or Assistant Auditor to withdraw funds of
San Marcos County Water District from established account upon...
checks of this Water District, or upon withdrawal orders furnished
by said bank, signed as provided herein with signatures duly certi-
fied to said bank by the Secretary of this District, and said bank
is hereby authorized to honor and pay any and all checks or with-
drawal orders so signed, including those drawn to the individual
order of any officer or other person authorized to sign the same.
