RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
APPOINT JOHN C. WELLS DIRECTOR TO FILL
UNEXPIRED TERM OF DR. A, JOHN DODDS
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Board of Directors of the San
Marcos County Water District as result of the resignation of Director
Dr. A. John Dodds and
WHEREAS# it is deemed in the best interest of the District that
said vacancy be filled in accordance with Section 30504~ Chapter 1~
Part 3 Division 12e of the State Water Code'-
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the unexpired term of Dr. A.
John Dodds ending the last day of Marcha 1963e be and hereby is filled
by the appointment of John C. Wells to office of Director of San Marcos
County Water District.
