BANK RESOLUTION BY THE VALLECITOS 1NATER DISTRICT BOARD OF
DIRECTORS REVISING RESOLUTION NO. 1301
RESOLVED, La Jolla Bank is designated a depository of funds for the District;
RESOLVED, that this resolution shall continue to have effect until express written notice
of its rescission or modification has been received and recorded by La Jolla Bank;
RESOLVED, that all transactions, if any, with respect to any deposits, withdrawals and
borrowings by or on behalf of the District with La Jolla Bank prior to the adoption of this
resolution is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed;
RESOLVED, that the persons named below, so long as they act in a representative
capacity as agents of the District, are authorized to make any and all other contracts,
agreements, stipulations and orders which they may deem advisable for the effective
exercise of their powers, from time to time with La Jolla Bank, concerning funds
deposited in La Jolla Bank, monies borrowed from La Jolla Bank or any other business
transacted by and between the District and La Jolla Bank;
RESOLVED, that any and all prior resolutions adopted by the District and certified to the
La Jolla Bank as governing the operation of the District's account(s), are in full force and
effect, unless supplemented or modified by this resolution;
RESOLVED, that the District agrees to the terms and conditions of any account
agreement, properly opened by any authorized representative(s) of the District, and
authorizes La Jolla Bank, at any time, to charge the District for all checks, drafts, or
other orders far the payment of money that are drawn on La Jolla Bank, regardless of
by whom or by what means the facsimile signature(s) may have been affixed so long as
they resemble the signature specimens shown below, or facsimile signature specimens
that the District files with the La Jolla Bank from time to time.
Powers:
Open and close deposit accounts, sign account agreements, and sign contracts
for deposit-related and other services. Signatures required: 1
2. Sign and authorize checks, drafts, withdrawal slips, and any other orders for the
payment of money, whether by paper, electronic, or any other means, even if
payable to the signer or used to discharge or reduce any obligation of the signer.

O Give releases, waivers, receipts, and notices of all kinds that relate in any way to
any relationship of the Proprietor with the Bank. Signatures required: 1

RESOLVED, that the secretary of the District is directed to certify and deliver a copy of
these resolutions to the La Jolla Bank, the signature cards bearing the genuine
signatures of the persons named below, and any other documents that the La Jolla
Bank requires.

by the Board of Directors of the District has, and at the time of adoption of this
resolution has, full power and lawful authority to adopt the foregoing resolutions and to
confer the powers granted to the persons named above who have full power and lawful
authority to exercise the same.
