RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
CONCURRING IN THE NOMINATION FOR THE ALTERNATE MEMBER POSITION
ON THE SAN DIEGO LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION (LAFCO)
WHEREAS, this District is a member District of LAFCO; and
WHEREAS, another LAFCO member District, the Vista Irrigation District, has
requested that this District concur in its nomination of its member for the Alternate
member position on LAFCO.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Vallecitos Water District that this District concur with the nomination of Jo MacKenzie for
the Alternate member position on the San Diego Local Agency Formation Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the District Secretary is hereby directed to
transmit a certified copy of this Resolution to LAFCO at 1600 Pacific Highway, Room
452, San Diego, CA 92101.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water
District at a regular meeting held on this 18th day of February, 2009, by the following roll
