RESOLUTION OF THE VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CONCURRING IN THE NOMINATION OF
JO MACKENZIE TO THE CSDA
OA OF DIRECTORS, REGION 6, SEAT A
WHEREAS, Vallecitos Water District is a member district of the California Special
Districts Association (CSDA); and
WHEREAS, another CSDA member district, the Vista Irrigation District, has
nominated Jo MacKenzie to the CSDA Board of Directors, Region 6, Seat A; and
WHEREAS, Vista Irrigation District has requested that this Board concur in its
nomination of Jo MacKenzie to the CSDA Board of Directors, Region 6, Seat A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the
Vallecitos Water District does place its full and unreserved concurrence and support in
the nomination of Jo MacKenzie to represent Region 6, Seat A, on the CSDA Board of
Directors; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the District Secretary is hereby directed to
transmit a certified copy of this Resolution to .CSDA,. 1215 K Street, Suite 930,
Sacramento, California, 95814, forthwith.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the following roll call vote of the Board of Directors
of the Vallecitos Water District on this 17t" day of June, 2009.
