A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT APPOINTING
GENERAL MANAGER, DENNIS O. LAMB
AS AN ALTERNATE REPRESENTAIVE TO THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ENCINA WASTEWATER AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, Vallecitos Water District ("Vallecitos") is a member of the Encina
Wastewater Authority ("Encina"); and
WHEREAS, Vallecitos is entitled to appoint two Representatives and one
Alternate Representative to serve on the Encina Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, Vallecitos Water District's current Alternate Representative, General
Manager William W. Rucker will be retiring on January 5, 2010; and
WHEREAS, Vallecitos hereby appoints Dennis O. Lamb, incoming General
Manager as Vallecitos Water District's Alternate Representative to the Encina Board of
Directors, effective January 5, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of Vallecitos
Water District hereby appoints Dennis O. Lamb, General Manager as the Alternate
Representative to the Encina Wastewater Authority Board of Directors.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the District Secretary is hereby directed to
transmit a certified copy of this Resolution to the Secretary of the Encina Wastewater
Authority Board of Directors at 6200 Avenida Encinas, Carlsbad, CA 92009.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the following roll call vote of the Board of Directors
of the Vallecitos Water District on this 16~h day of December, 2009.
