A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT APPOINTING
JAMES POLTL AS REPRESENTATIVE TO THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ENCINA WASTEWATER AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, Vallecitos Water District is a member of the Encina Wastewater
Authority; and Vallecitos Water District is entitled to appoint two Representatives to
serve on the Encina Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, the term of office of Patricia Hannan as representative of the
Vallecitos Water District on the Board of Directors of the Encina Wastewater Authority
expires on December 1, 2010;
WHEREAS, Patricia Hannan has expressed interest in resigning from her
position on the Board of Directors of the Encina Wastewater Authority prior to her term
expiration;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos
Water District as follows:
SECTION 1: The President of the Board, with the approval of the Board of
Directors, does hereby appoint James Poltl as a member of the Board of Directors of the
Encina Wastewater Authority as a representative of this District on said Board for the
remainder of the term ending December 1, 2010.
SECTION 2: The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to provide a certified
copy of this resolution to the Encina Wastewater Authority.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the following roll call vote of the Board of Directors
of the Vallecitos Water District on this 2°d day of June, 2010.
