RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
COMMENDING PATRICIA "TRISH" HANNAN AND
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION
FOR HER MERITORIOUS SERVICE
WHEREAS, Patricia "Trish" Hannan has served the Vallecitos Water District as a member of
the Board of Directors with distinction from February 1997 to January 1999 and from November 1999 to
December 2010; and
WHEREAS, Patricia "Trish" Hannan has served as President of the Board of Directors; has
served as a member of the District's Finance/Investment Committee, Engineering/Equipment Committee,
and Public Awareness, Personnel, Policy Committee; has served as a District representative to the
Encina Wastewater Authority Board of Directors; has served as a District representative to the San Diego
County Water Authority Board of Directors; has served as a District representative to the Association of
California Water Agencies Joint Powers Insurance Authority Board of Directors; has served as President
of the San Diego County Water Agencies Association; and
WHEREAS, Patricia "Trish" Hannan served the District with great skill and devotion,
demonstrating her ability to work with other Board members, customers, and employees of the District;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires that public recognition of the services of Patricia
"Trish" Hannan on behalf of the District be given.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District
as follows:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District, on behalf of themselves, the
management and personnel of the District, as well as the citizens of the District, does hereby express its
appreciation for the very valuable and professional work performed by Patricia "Trish" Hannan.
SECTION 2. The contribution, diligent efforts, and selfless service of Patricia "Trish" Hannan
on behalf of this District and her devoted loyalty are hereby commended.
SECTION 3. The Board of Directors, staff and employees of the District wish Patricia "Trish"
Hannan the best fortune in her future.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District
at a regular meeting held on the 8'h day of December, 2010, by the following roll call vote:
