RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
DELEGATING AUTHORITY TO REQUEST DISBURSEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District has authorized
the District (Employer) to establish and maintain an irrevocable trust to fund Other Post -
Employment Benefits (OPEB) known as an Other Post Employment Prefunding Plan,
and.
WHEREAS, District staff will continue to make payments of OPEB and may seek
reimbursement from the trust.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the
Vallecitos Water District delegates to the incumbents in the positions of Finance
Manager and General Manager authority to request on behalf of the Employer
disbursements from the Other Post Employment Prefunding Plan and to certify as to the
purpose for which the disbursed funds will be used.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the
Vallecitos Water District at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of January, 2012, by
the following roll call vote:
