AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
MODIFYING ORDINANCE NO. 175
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District
( "District') that Ordinance No. 175 relating to Water Capital Facility Fees is modified as
follows:
Exhibit A, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 175 is modified to read:
1. The Equivalent Dwelling Unit (EDU) is established as 500 gallons per day
(GPD). Meters 3/4" or smaller shall be equal to one EDU. Meters larger than
3/4" are equal to a base of 1 EDU times the incremental increase in the
multiples shown in the schedule in Item 7 below.
Exhibit A, Section 3 of Ordinance No. 175 is modified to read:
3. Residential and small commercial applicants for service on lots smaller than
one acre are subject to the purchase of water capacity for 3/4" (1 EDU) meter.
Exhibit A, the first four columns of the Table within Section 7 of Ordinance No 175 is
modified to read:
