RESOLUTION BY
VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS
DESIGNATING MISSION FEDERAL CREDIT UNION AS A DEPOSITORY OF FUNDS
FOR THE DISTRICT AND AUTHORIZING DISTRICT PERSONNEL TO ACT AS
REPRESENTATIVES AND REPEAL RESOLUTION NO. 1335
RESOLVED, that Mission Federal Credit Union (Credit Union) is designated a
depository of funds for the District;
RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall continue to have effect until express
written notice of its rescission or modification has been received and recorded by the
Credit Union;
RESOLVED, that all transactions, if any, with respect to any deposits,
withdrawals and borrowings by or on behalf of the District with the Credit Union prior to
the adoption of this resolution is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed;
RESOLVED, that the persons named below, so long as they act in a
representative capacity as agents of the District, are authorized to make any and all
other contracts, agreements, stipulations and orders which they may deem advisable for
the effective exercise of their powers, from time to time with the Credit Union,
concerning funds deposited to the Credit Union, monies borrowed from the Credit Union
or any other business transacted by and between the District and the Credit Union;
RESOLVED, that any and all prior resolutions adopted by the District and
certified to the Credit Union as governing the operation of the District's account(s), are
hereby repealed;
RESOLVED, that the District agrees to the terms and conditions of any account
agreement, properly opened by any authorized representative(s) of the District, and
authorizes the Credit Union, at any time, to charge the District for all checks, drafts, or
other orders for the payment of money that are drawn on the Credit Union, regardless of
by whom or by what means the facsimile signature(s) may have been affixed so long as
they resemble the signature specimens shown below, or facsimile signature specimens
that the District files with the Credit Union from time to time.
Powers:
1. Open and close deposit accounts, sign account agreements, and sign
contracts for deposit -related and other services. Signatures required: 1
2. Sign and authorize checks, drafts, withdrawal slips, and any other orders for
the payment of money, whether by paper, electronic, or any other means,
even if payable to the signer or used to discharge or reduce any obligation of

3. Give releases, waivers, receipts, and notices of all kinds that relate in any
way to any relationship of the District with the Credit Union. Signatures

RESOLVED, that the secretary of the District is directed to certify and deliver a
copy of these resolutions to the Credit Union, the signature cards bearing the genuine
signatures of the persons named below, and any other documents that the Credit Union
requires.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Secretary of the District is directed and
certified by the Board of Directors of the District, and at the time of adoption of this
Resolution has, full power and lawful authority to adopt the foregoing resolutions and to
confer the powers granted to the persons named above who have full power and lawful
authority to exercise the same.

Vallecitos Water District at a regular meeting held on the 23rd day of October, 2013 by
