RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT INCREASING THE
SALARY OF THE GENERAL MANAGER 4.5%
WHEREAS, Dennis O. Lamb has served in the position of General Manager of
the Vallecitos Water District since January 5, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the General Manager's last salary adjustment was an increase of
1.5% effective December 1, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the General Manager receives the same benefits as all employees
of the District and his current salary is $199,499; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has recently completed the evaluation of the
General Manager and has established goals and objectives as part of the District's
Strategic Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to increase the General Manager's
salary four and one -half percent (4.5 %) effective the pay period ending March 28, 2014,
with an additional salary increase of 4.5% effective the first pay period ending after July
1, 2015, upon completion of a satisfactory performance evaluation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Vallecitos Water District as follows:
SECTION 1: INCREASE IN SALARY OF GENERAL MANAGER.
Effective the pay period ending March 28, 2014, the salary of the General
Manager shall be increased by 4.5 %, with an additional salary increase of 4.5%
effective the first pay period ending after July 1, 2015, upon completion of a satisfactory
performance evaluation.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the
Vallecitos Water District at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of March, 2014, by
the following roll call vote:
