RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
DESIGNATING THE DISTRICT REPRESENTATIVE TO AND
MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, Vallecitos Water District is a member of the SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER
AUTHORITY and entitled to one representative to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of the
SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors adopted Resolution No. 748 on February 3, 1986, appointing
Dale Mason as the District's representative on the Board of Directors of the SAN DIEGO COUNTY
WATER AUTHORITY; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors adopted Resolution No. 920 on February 5, 1992,
reappointing Dale Mason as the District's representative on the Board of Directors of the SAN DIEGO
COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY; and
WHEREAS, the term of office of Dale Mason as representative of the Vallecitos Water District
on the Board of Directors of the SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY expires on March 14,
1998;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water
District as follows:
SECTION 1: The President of the Board, with the approval and acquiescence of the Board of
Directors, does hereby reappoint Dale Mason as a member of the Board of Directors of the SAN DIEGO
COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY as a representative of this District on said Board for the term March
14, 1998 through March 13, 2004.
SECTION 2: The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to provide a certified copy of this
resolution to the SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water
District at a regular meeting held on this 4th day of February, 1998, by the following roll call vote:
