RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
COMMENDING MICHAEL D. GREGORYK
AND EXPRESSING APPRECIATION FOR
HIS MERITORIOUS SERVICE
WHEREAS, Michael D. Gregoryk has served the District as a member of the Board of Directors with
distinction since November 1990; and has served as President of the Board of Directors; and has served as a member of
the District's Finance/Investment and Legal Committees; and has served as a District representative to the Encina
Wastewater Authority Joint Advisory Committee, the Association of California Water Agencies Water Management
Committee, the Califomia Association of Sanitation Agencies Hazardous Waste Committee, and the California Water
Resources Association; and has served as an alternate District representative to the National Water Resources Association;
and
WHEREAS, the honorable and distinguished services of Michael D. Gregoryk have served to establish
and uphold the finest traditions of citizenship through participation in local government; and
WHEREAS, Michael D. Gregoryk has determined to leave the District on January 1, 1997; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires that public recognition of the services of Michael D. Gregoryk
on behalf of the District be given;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District
as follows:
SECTION 1: The Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District, on behalf of themselves, the
management, and the personnel of the District, and on behalf of the citizens of the District, does hereby express its
appreciation for the very valuable work performed by Michael D. Gregoryk during his years with the District.
SECTION 2: The contributions, diligent efforts, and selfless service of Michael D. Gregoryk on behalf
of this District and his devoted citizenship are hereby memorialized as a permanent part of the records of the Vallecitos
Water District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District at a regular
meeting held on this 20th day of November 1996 by the following roll call vote:
