Resolution retifying and confirming the acton of the officers of this
District in executing and filing an application to appropriate unappropriated water.
WHEREAS on the 27th day of April 1955 John C. Wells as President of the
San Marcos County Water District forwarded to the Division of Water Resources,
Sacramento, California an application to appropriate unappropriated water of San
Marcos Creek, a tributary of the Pacific Ocean, which application had been duly
executed by the proper officers of the District and the District seal attached thereto.
