San Marcos County Water District, DO HEREBY CERTIFY AND

DECLARE that the Board of Directors of San Marcos County

Wate~ District, at a meeting duly held on the 26th day

of S~ptember , 1955, has duly and regularly canvassed
the returns of the special bond election held in said
district on September 20, 1955, and the absentee votes
cast lat said election, and has declared the result of
said l'election.
That the bond measure voted upon at said elec-
tion '1s as follows:
PROPOSITION: Shall the San Marcos
County water District incur a bonded
indebtedness in the principal sum of
'$998,000 for the purpose of the acquisi-
:t1on and construction of works and
facilities for the production, storage;
:transmisslon and distribution of water,
:including the necessary water rights and
privileges, land, easements, rights of
way, water supply conduits, pipelines,
'reservoirs, works, machinery and
other property, together with all
necessary engineering and legal services
in connection therewith?
