RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
NAMING DISTRICT OFFICERS AND ESTABLISHING
PAYROLL ACCOUNT WITH SECURITY FIRST
NATIONAL BANK SAN MARCOS BRANCH
WHEREAS it is deemed desireable that an assistant auditor be
appointed to act in the absence of the auditore and
WHEREAS, it is deemed desireable that the Secretary and Auditor
not be the same parsone
NOW, THEEFOE BE IT RESOLVED that W, Dennis Wood be and hereby
is appointed General Manager and Auditor of the- San Marcos County
Water District and Jeanne M. Gist be and hereby is appointed Secretary
and Assistant Auditor of the San Marcos County Water Districtm effec-
tive the 20th day of March- 1962 and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the auditor be and hereby is authorized
and directed to establish payroll account in the Security First Nation--
al Banks. San Marcos branch~ and that either of the above- appointed
auditor or assistant auditor be and hereby is authorized to sign for
the District in transactions on the payroll account~ and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution supercede any and all
the Resolutions concerning appointment of offices of General Managere
Secretary# Auditor and Assistant Auditor.
