ACCEPTANCE OF FEDERAL GRANT FOR
SEWAGE TREATMENT WORKS PROJECT
WPC-CAL-113 UNDER 33 USC 466
WHEREAS, San Marcos County Water District has applied
for Federal Grant for Sewage Treatment works to aid in the
construction of treatment plant expansion, Unit #2, and
WHEREAS, San Marcos County Water District is able to
comply-with the conditions of the offer of said Grant,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the General Manager
be and hereby is authorized and directed to act for the Dis-
trict in the acceptance of the offer ( Project #WPCZCAL-113 )
for Federal Grant for Sewage Treatment Works in amount $19,500
for the construction of Sewage Treatment Plant Expansion Unit #2.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of April, 1962.
