RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION FOR THE SERVICES OF
EDWIN C. DAY
WHEREAS, The Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District regrets
the retirement of EDWIN C. DAY; and
WHEREAS, EDWIN C. DAY has served the Vallecitos Water District for
seventeen years, has performed his duties as Senior Construction Inspector of the
Vallecitos Water District in a competent and efficient manner, and has demonstrated his
ability to work with customers and other employees of the District; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires that public recognition of the
services of EDWIN C. DAY on behalf of the District be given;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Vallecitos Water District as follows:
SECTION 1: The Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District, on
behalf of themselves, the management, and personnel of the District and on behalf of the
citizens of the District, does hereby express its appreciation for the very valuable work
performed by EDWIN C. DAY.
SECTION 2: The contribution, diligent efforts, selfless service of EDWIN C.
DAY on behalf of this District and his devoted loyalty are hereby commended as part of
the permanent records of the Vallecitos Water District.
SECTION 3: The Board of Directors, staff, and employees of the District,
collectively and individually, wish EDWIN C. DAY the best fortune in his future.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water
District at a regular meeting held on this 15th day of March 1995 by the following roll call
vote:
