RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE
PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO EXECUTE
DOCUMENTS GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO THE SAN DIEGO
GAS & ELECTRIC
WHEREAS, the San Diego Gas & Electric Company has
requested that the San Marcos .County Water District grant an ease-
ment along across and upon certain property owned by the San
Marcos County Water District; and~
WHEkE~S~ the Board of Directors being fully advised in
the premises.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED as follows-

Section I: The president of the San Marcos County Water
District is hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the San
Marcos County Water District to execute that certain easement of
the San Diego Gas & Electric Company, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2: The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed~
upon the execution of the easement by the President of the San
Marcos County Water District Board of Director to forward to the
San Diego Gas & Electric Company the easement so executed.
PASSED AND ADOPTEO this 1st day of March 1965 by the
following vote:
