WHEREAS, the San Marcos County Water District has hereto-

fore advertised for bids for the construction of an office building
pursuant to plans and specific~tions prepared by Stanley J. French,

WHEREAS, bids were ddly received by the Board of Directors

NOW, THEREFORE,
BE rf RESOLVED by the Board of Directors

all bids received by the San M~rcos County Water District on May 24,
1965, are hereby rejected.
Section 3. The President is hereby authorized and instructed
to execute a contract with D. ~. "Rocky" Stone pursuant to the plans
