hereby formally accept the wotk of Taylor & Hoover, Inc., for the

been awarded November 2, 1964.

Water District's engineers, are hereby authorized and directed to

completion of said work.

payable a progress payment in,the amount of $9,445.60; that the
amount due and payable is hereby authorized and the Auditor of the

to make said payment; that upon the passage of 35, days subsequent

the date of approval by the United States Government of the work

Section 4: That the Engineer of the San Marcos County
Water District is hereby authorized and directed to request of the
United States Government a final inspection payment pursuant to the
agreement for a Federal grant in aid between the San Marcos County
Water District and the United States Government.
PASSED AND ADOPTED the 7th day of June, 1965, by the
following roll call vote:
