RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE
GRANTING OF AN EASEMENT TO THE SAN DIEGO GAS
AND ELECTRIC COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County Water Distric
have been requested by the San Diego Gas and Electric Company to grant to
that company an easement for electrical facilities over District property in
Section 20, Ti2 S, R3W,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the. San
Marcos County Water District that
Section 1 - the President and Secretary of the San Marcos County WateI
District be authorized and hereby directed to execute an easement deed' to the
San Diego Gas and Electric Company over a portion of land lying within Sectic
20, TllS, PaW, and
Section 2 - Upon receipt of the sum of $1,000 the Secretary shall de-
liver said easement deed to the San Diego Gas and Electric Company.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND SIGNED this 2nd day of August, 1965.
