Reso 0255-09/1965 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT APPOINTING SECRETARY~
AUDITOR ASSISTANT SECRETARY AND ASSISTANT AUDITOR
WHEREAS~ Jeanne H. Gist presently the Secretary of the
San Marcos County Water District, has submitted her resignation, and
WHEREAS~ Jeanne M. Gist served in the further capacity of
Auditor of the San Marcos County Water District and has similarly
submitted her resignation for that post, and
WHEREAS it is necessary that the San Marcos County Water
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED
of the San Marcos County Water District as follows:
Section 1: The Board of Directors of the San Marcos
County Water District does hereby appoint Mr. Case Houson as Secre-
tary of the San Marcos County Water District in addition to his
regular duties as General Manager.
Section 2: The Board of Directors hereby appoint Nancy
Kler as Assistant Secretary.
Section 3: Nancy Kler is hereby appointed Auditor of
the San Marcos County Water 0istrict.
Section 4: George Herdot is hsreby appointed Assistant
Auditor.
Section S: Pursuant to the provisions of the Water Code
of the State of California, Nancy Kler and George Herdot will
bonded to the San Marcos County Water District in the amount of $50,000.00
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September 1965 by
the following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors: Blanchard, Mahr, Paul, Trussell, and Vanderbeck
