RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AUTHORIZING EXECECUTION
OF EASEMENT DEED TO SAN DIEGO GAS AND ELECTRIC CO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the San Marcos
Connty Water District as follows:
Section 1: The President and Secretary of the San Marcos County
Water District are hereby authorized and directed to execute that certain
easement deed to the San Diego Gas & Electric Company dated
Section 2: The Secretary of the San Marcos County Water District
is authorized to deliver said easement to the San Diego Gas & Electric
Company upon receiving the sum of $1,0D0.00 from the San Diego Gas &
Electric Company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED the 4th day of October, 1965, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors Blanchard, Mahr, Paul, Trussell
and Vanderbeck.
NOES: None
