RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AUTHORIZING AUDITOR
AND ASSISTANT AUDITOR TO EXECUTE CHECKS AND ANY
AND ALL DOC"0MENTS NECESSARY RELATIVE TO AN ACCOUNT
WITH THE SECURITY FIRST NATIONAL BANK, SAN MARCOS
BRANCH - SAID ACCOUNT BEING ACCOUNT NO. 005-058
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County Water Distri.
deems it necessary to comply with requirements of the Housing and Home Finan.
Agency relative to the granting of funds for the costs incurred for prelimin.
plans and specifications for an ocean outfall project, and
WHEREAS, such requirements stipulate that special account shall be
established for the purpose of disbursing said funds, and
WHEREAS, said account will be designated as Account No. 005-058,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ESTABLISHED that those authorized to execute all
checks and any and all documents relative to said account, shall be Jeanne
M. Gist, Auditor and George A. Herder, Assistant Auditor..
