RESOLUTION SETTING DIRECTORS FEES
Be it resolved by the Board of Directors of the San Marcos
County Water District as follows:
Section 1: Directors attending Board of Director meetings
shall be entitled to the sum Of $35.00 for each meeting so attended,
provided, however, that the compensation fixed herein shall not be
paid for attendance at more than two meetings per calender month.
Section 2: The compensation fixed hereln shall be in effect
for all meetings attended subsequent to May 1, 1966.
Passed and adopted this 4th day of April, 1966 by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Directors: Blanchard, Mahr, Paul, Trussell
NOES: Directors: None
ABSENT: Directors: None
ABSTAIN: Directors: Vanderbeck
