RESOLUTION DENYING TNE CLAIM OF LEONARD E.
FORD AND MARY FORD, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$10,000.00
Be it resolved by the Board of Directors of the San Marcos County
Water District as follows and the Board bejng fully informed:
Section 1: The claim against the San Marcos County Water
District was received by San Marcos County Water District on March
17, 1966 on behalf of Leonard E. Ford and Mary Ford and executed by
Michael C. O'Malley, attorney at law, is hereby denied in its
Section 2: The Secretary o[ the San Marcos County Water District
is hereby instructed to mail United States postage prepaid a, copy
of this resolLltjon to Michael C. O'Malley at 402 East Second Avenue,
Escondido, California.
Passed and adopted this 4th day of April 1966 by the following
