RESOLUTION SETTING DIRECTORS FEES
Be it resolved by the Board oF Directors of the San Marcos
County Water District as follows:
Section 1: Resolution ~ 260 adopted April 4, 1966 is hereby
rescinded and shall be of no further force and effect.
Section 2: The compensation for members of the Board of
Directors of the San Marcos County Water District attending Board
meeLings of the Board of Directors is hereby fixed at $20.00 per
meeting and compensation shall not be paid for at more than two
meetings per calcndar month.
Section 3: This resolution shall be in effect for the
first meeting of the Board of Directors of May 2, 1966.
Passed and adopted this 18th day of April, 1966 by the
following roll call vote:
