RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF RICHARD D.
FRITZ, IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,300.00.
Be it resolved by the Board of Directors of the San Marcos
County Water District as follows and the Board being fully informed:
Section 1: The claim against the San Marcos County Water
District was received by San Marcos County Water District on
January 12, 1967 on behalf of Richard D. Fritz and executed by
Patrick S. M. Mitton, attorney at law, is hereby denied in its
entirety.
Section 2: The Secretary of the San Marcos County Water
District is hereby instructed to mail United States postage prepaid
a, copy of this resolution to Patrick S. M. Mitton at 415 South
Juniper Street, Escondido, California.
Passed and adopted this 16th day of January 1967 by the
following roll call vote:
