RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT AUTHORIZING CASE
HOUSON AS THE AUTIIORIZED REPRESENTATIVE TO
ECUTE APPLICATIONS FOR FEDERAL GRANTS TO
AWARDED PURSUANT TO THE FEDERAL WATER POLLUTION
CONTROL ACT AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, the San Marcos County Water District is a public
agency, being formed pursuant to Division 12 of the Water Code of
the State of California, and
WHEREAS, the San Marcos County Water District wishes to
make application to the Federal Government for federal grants of
monies to be used for tile disposal of sewage and waste waters.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOUVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT:
an application for Federal grants as may be awarded pursuant to the
Federal dater Pollution Control Act as amemded, said Act being
USC 4DO et seq.
Section 2: The Secretary of tim San Marcos County Water
District is directed to attach a certified copy of this resolution
to the application aforesaid.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of Aarch, 1967, by the
following roll call vote:

No. 6.
(NOTE: April 30 is a Sunday, the
last regular business day for this
mailing is Friday, April 28.)
May 1 Last day to post notice of hearing
and resolution of necessity in three
(3) public places in the district.
May 15 Board of Directors conducts public
(Regular Meeting) HEARING on the question of whether
all or only a portion of the district
will be boneflied by the proposed
improvement.
Board of Directors adopts resolution
making determinations.
- Board of Directors adopts resolution
calling special bond election.
Because of the fact that there is no newspaper printed and
published in the district, it is not necessary to publish notice of
the hearing. Instructions on the manner in which the hearing is to
be conducted and other legal documents will be forwarded at a later
