RESOLUTION OF TEiE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT APPOINTING AUDITOR,
ASSISTANT SECRETARY AND ASSISTANT AUDITOR
WHEREAS, Nancy J. Kler, presently the Secretary of
the San Marcos County Water District, has submitted her resignation,
and
WHEREAS, Nancy J. Kler served in the further capacity
of Auditor of the San Marcos County Water District and has similarly
submitted her resignation for that post, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the San Marcos County
Water District have a Secretary and an Auditor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors
of the San Marcos County Water District as follows:
Section 1: The Board of Directors hereby appoint
June C. White as Assistant Secretary.
Section 2: June C. White is hereby appointed Auditor
of the San Marcos County Water District.
Section 3: George Eerder is hereby appointed Assistant
Auditor.
Section 4: Pursuant to the provisions of the Water Code
of the State of California, June C. White and George Nerder will be
bonded to the San Marcos County Water District in the amount of
$50,000.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 1967, by the
following roll call vote:
