AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE BUENA SANITATION DISTRICT
AND THE SAN MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT FOR
LEASE BY SAN MARCOS OF CAPACITY IN TIlE BUENA
SANITATION DISTRICT'S ENCINA OUTFALL SEWER LINE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
San Marcos County Water District that the President and
Secretary be authorized and directed to execute that certain
Agreement entitled "Agreement Between the Buena Sanitation
District and the San Marcos County Water District for Lease
by San Marcos of Capacity in the Buena Sanitation District's
Encina Outfall Sewer Line. I,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 1967, by
the following roll call vote:
