RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE VALLECITOS WATER DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING THE GENERAL COUNSEL TO SIGN
NECESSARY ESCROW AND TRANSFER DOCUMENTS
FOR SALE OF INDIAN RIDGE PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Vallecitos Water District ("District") has entered into an agreement for the
sale of District-owned real property commonly referred to as San Diego County Tax Assessor's
Parcel No. 222-130-18 for the selling price of $'182,000; and
WHEREAS, as part of the sale of the real property, Pickford Realty Escrow No. 4'167-PR
requires that a representative of the District execute certain escrow and transfer documents; and
WHEREAS, the Vallecitos Water District desires by this resolution to authorize the
District's General Counsel, Jeffrey G. Scott, to sign the necessary escrow documents on behalf
of the District to consummate the sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water
District as follows:
Section '1: The Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water District does hereby authorize
its General Counsel, Jeffrey G. Scott, to sign the necessary escrow documents on behalf of the
District to consummate sale of the District-owned real property commonly referred to as San
Diego County Tax Assessors Parcel No. 222-'130-'18.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Vallecitos Water
District this '1 st day of February, '1995, by the following roll call vote:
