RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN
MARCOS COUNTY WATER DISTRICT RE THE TRES AMIGOS
PIPELINE EXTENSION CONTRACT
~.IItEREAS, the San Marcos County Water District has hereto-
fore, on December 16, 1957 , entered into a contract with
certain property owners in the Tres Amigos area, which contract is
on file with the District, and which contract bears the signature of
Mr. John P. Gary, and
WHEREAS, Mr. John P. Gary is now deceased, and
,~HEREAS, said property is in tixe process of being sold
and the District has been requested to set forth the affirmative duties
Section 1: The Board of Directors of the San Marcos County
Water District does hereby find and determine that the parties signatory
to the contract above described nave heretofore completed all of the
affirmative duties required of them under the terms of said contract.
Section 2: That the only affirmative duties remaining
under said contract are on the part of the Sail ~larcos County h'ater
District to repay to the parties signatory to said contract the
set forth in said contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of September, 1967, by
the following roll call vote:
